The ALMA TAVERN, located close to both the river Severn and Worcester and Birmingham Canal, is a great stopping off point after a long day navigation the canal network. Just 5 munites walk from the Bilford bottom lock and moorings, this is an ideal spot to drop in for a well earned drink or meal. There are plenty of out side tables providing a superb resting place.

Directions: Leave the tow path via the footpath/cyclepath (dog bin) below the lock/bridge, follow the path to the right and continue through a wooded area alongside the Barbourve Brook. when you emerge in a housing area bear left and follow the road and through the bollards on the left - this is Crown Street. Follow to the end (by the garage) turn right and the ALMA is on the right. The Londis at the garage will also provide your provisions.
